Michelle Snook, the owner of Woodside Grange Care Home, prioritises care standards above all else, dedicating herself to creating an exceptional home for residents and a positive work environment for staff.
Michelle takes great care to ensure that all residents are provided for and taken care of like family. Her dedication to their well-being and comfort creates a warm and supportive community at Woodside Grange.

All our staff work hard to create a convivial atmosphere: we firmly believe that a united and happy team benefits not just the staff members themselves but also enhances the atmosphere for the residents.
This intangible quality undoubtably adds to a sense of 'home from home' for the residents which is invaluable and difficult to quantify.
Our staff are regularly appraised and there is a core belief in promoting, training and encouraging staff to progress.
Our team is overseen by Jackie Bodden, the Home Manager who has over 30 years’ experience working in the care sector and has managed Woodside Grange for over 12 years and is a qualified Registered Manager. She says:
"Throughout my career in the care sector, I have acquired numerous skills and completed various training programs. Providing care for elderly individuals is deeply fulfilling. Alongside our exceptional team, we have established a warm and inviting home for our residents.
